Cafe Manager

Piccolo Me Australia Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced and exceptional manager to join our team at our cafe location in Bankstown.

Role and Responsibility
- Working in FOH role
- Customer service and dealing with complaints
- Preparing shift schedules
- Training new staff members
- Ensure menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followed
- Supervise and manage operations as required
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
- Is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the cafe area is in line with current health regulation standards

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in a fast and busy environment
- Full working rights in Australia
- Must have flexible availability

**Salary**: $49,985.76 - $75,579.22 per year

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
