Marketing and Account Coordinator

With the growing demand for our service, we have created an instrumental role that will manage the digital operations of one of our largest supermarket accounts. Reporting to the founder of Vevo Digital, Dean Cvetkoski, who has been featured in multiple news publications for founding and creating many successful businesses, this is the perfect opportunity for a coachable, ambitious, and resilient person who wants to learn and grow.

This role is best suited to a recent graduate or current student. With the vision of becoming a future entrepreneur who can think on their feet to learn the ins and outs of the business, we are looking for someone who wants to put in the hours to learn how to manage the digital marketing for our major client.

**Key areas of responsibility**:

- **Managing social media accounts**:Managing the Electronic Distributed Mail (EDM) newsletter campaigns on a weekly basis.
- **Videography & Photography**: Filming content for our client by setting up the video equipment, recording the content on site and basic video & photo editing to finalise the product
- **Content creation**:Planning, creating, and implementing engaging content across a range of social media channels such as blogs, newsletters and videos.
- **Account Management**:Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as our major account, Graphic Designers and web developers.
- **Project management**:Identifying requirements from the client and creating a schedule to ensure deliverables are met. Delegating tasks to other team members where required.
- **Reporting and analytics**:Reviewing, analysing and providing a report of the analytics and success of a campaign by providing information and suggesting improvements through a report to clients
- **Ad hoc administrative tasks**:Administrative support for the Founder of vevo Digital on other campaigns administrative work

All Training and guidance provided. Minimal experience necessary, though, experience is favourable.

**What do you need for the role?**
- A Driver’s license to travel around Sydney Metro
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Great interpersonal skills with a good level of emotional intelligence
- Previous customer service experience
- Presentable and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 36 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
