Finance Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled finance professional to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills and experience working with large accounting systems. A passion for learning and a willingness to adapt to new situations are also essential.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the delivery of quality service to all partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering accurate and timely month-end management accounts and consolidated fund reporting.
  • Reviewing and analyzing property accounting prepared by external property managers.
  • Providing technical accounting and tax advisory services to the business.

Requirements include:

  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA or CPA) with at least 2+ years post-qualification experience.
  • 4+ years' experience in accounting.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Experience with large accounting systems and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Prior experience with consolidation is essential.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

  • Funds management, financial services, or property industry exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for investors.
  • Assist with compliance and debt management across allocated funds and project entities.
  • Stay up-to-date on accounting and tax legislation changes.
