A newly created position has arisen for an experienced, creative and purpose-driven
**Wellbeing Officer** to join our innovative and high performing Strategy and People team at WISE Employment
**The role**
As the Wellbeing Officer, you will play a key role in developing, establishing and maintaining employee wellbeing and wellness programs nationally. You will support the business to understand employee wellbeing/wellness needs and be instrumental in researching, designing, developing and implementing new programs into the business. You will coordinate rollouts of initiatives and facilitate presentations to the business. As the wellbeing champion, you have a license to be creative, innovative and bring your ideas and solutions to the table; you will impact and add value to the business for the benefit of around 1,500 employees.
Reporting to the National WHS Manager, you will also have a great opportunity to be involved in organisational wide WHS, including developing and implementing safety/wellbeing management plans, policy and procedure review, support audit process and general reporting and administrative tasks.

**To be considered for this role, you will**:
- Demonstrate experience in a similar role
- Hold a relevant Tertiary Qualification (minimum Diploma) in WHS
- Experience in coordinating projects and initiatives including multiple stakeholders
- Be a strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Digitally literate with advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to adapt to new systems
- Demonstrates agility and creativity with strong compliance to policy and procedure.
- Have highly developed planning, coordination, administration and time management skills
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and high emotional intelligence
- Foster innovation and improvement
- Be agile and adaptive to change
- Demonstrate qualities of compassion and empathy with a commitment to a customer-centric workplace culture
- Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check, and Working with Children Check requirements
- Hold a current driver’s license
- Double vaccinated against COVID 19
