We are looking for **Front of House Waitstaff** to join our team.

**Salary**:Introductory Restaurant Industry Award [MA000119] plus superannuation & benefits
- Weekdays**:$21.38** (_Penalty rate applies after 10 p.m._)
- Saturday**:$26.72**
- Sunday**:$32.07**

Joomak is one of the most renowned restaurants located in the heart of Melbourne CBD specialising in Korean style pub restaurant. Well known for great food and service excellence.

We are seeking fun, passionate, vibrant applicants to join our team as waiting staff, available to work in our restaurant for a la carte drinking & dining and events.

**About the role**:
We are looking for staff who are punctual, reliable, and fast on their feet, and comfortable engaging with customers from a variety of backgrounds. You will need to be upbeat, have great work ethic and have the drive to excel and take to the next level.

There are positions available for 15-40 hours a week depending on your needs; casual, part time, or full time. Weekend availability is essential.

**Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Friendly and efficient customer service
- Suitable cooperation and communication between other employees at all the times to deliver timely, quality service to customers
- Ability to identify any problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a level head
- ** Only those with appropriate work rights in Australia will be considered and contacted for interview_

**Requirements of the Role**:

- Basic English conversation skills
- Ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including late evenings and on weekends
- A willingness to learn, grow and exceed guest expectations
- Ability to work in a busy and buzzing hospitality environment
- Ability to work as a team and have a pride yourself on your ability to deliver outstanding customer service along with your strong attention to details
- A general interest in cocktails will be a plus
- Cocktail making skills would be an advantage
- Would LOVE to grow with Joomak
- Holding a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate is essential
