**About the Role**:
Our client has been in operation for over 50 years, and provides printing, labels and flexible packaging solutions for commercial businesses. Their professionalism, high quality workmanship and excellent customer service in this time, has seen them now grow to become one of Asia Pacific’s leading label manufacturers.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a self-motivated, team player, who has previous experience in dispatch and production and is looking for a new challenge. Working in the Production Team, this role will see you responsible for assisting with picking and packing of goods and ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse and distribution processes. This is a high volume role, so you will need to have excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. We are looking for someone who has a flexible “can-do” attitude and takes pride in their work.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Picking, packing, and dispatch of orders to meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with team members to optimise warehouse processes and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in warehouse coordination and dispatch
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20kgs
- Positive and flexible attitude and a genuine desire to deliver on commitments
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent presentation and communication, both written and verbal
- Forklift Licence preferable, but not essential
- RF Scanning experience desirable
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office & CRM systems
