We are seeking experienced and reliable **Skilled Meat Process Workers** to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in meat processing, production, or abattoir operations who are committed to safety, quality and teamwork. Minimum of 2 years experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform skilled tasks in the slaughter floor, boning room or packing areas
- Bone, trim, slice and prepare meat to company and customer specifications
- Operate knives and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety and quality assurance standards
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
- Work effectively within a high-paced production environment

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Previous experience in meat processing, butchering, boning, slicing or similar role
- Proficient knife handling and cutting skills (boning/slicing preferred)
- Understanding of HACCP, food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team environment
- Willingness to work early starts and flexible hours as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $25.50 - $37.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Seymour VIC 3660: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
