We are seeking experienced and reliable Skilled Meat Process Workers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in meat processing, production, or abattoir operations who are committed to safety, quality and teamwork. Minimum of 2 years experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform skilled tasks in the slaughter floor, boning room or packing areas
  • Bone, trim, slice and prepare meat to company and customer specifications
  • Operate knives and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain strict hygiene, food safety and quality assurance standards
  • Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
  • Work effectively within a high-paced production environment

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in meat processing, butchering, boning, slicing or similar role
  • Proficient knife handling and cutting skills (boning/slicing preferred)
  • Understanding of HACCP, food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to work early starts and flexible hours as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $25.50 – $37.00 per hour

  • Seymour VIC 3660: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Full Driver Licence (Preferred)
  • Forklift Licence (Preferred)
