**Inclusion Support Worker is a part-time (28 hours per week) position, and your role will entail**:
- Support children with additional needs to improve relationships, increase social participation, and achieve greater independence.
- Assist with accessing activities, transportation, personal care (dressing, toileting, meals, medication), and promote personal interests and friendships.
- Collaborate with families, community services, and stakeholders to meet individual needs and goals.
- Advocate for clients' access to community and recreational services.
- Contribute to documentation, provide feedback on activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Address occupational health and safety issues and suggest process improvements.
**Skills and experiences**:
- For Inclusion Support Worker, no qualification required.
- Passion for early childhood education
- Skills to work with other educators
- A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Current First Aid & CPR Training
- Current Anaphylaxis Training
- Child Protection Certificate
- Hold a current Working With Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $23.97 - $30.59 per hour
