**About the Role**

Due to ongoing growth, CareSouth have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team in a part time, permanent capacity.

This role will provide a high level of administrative and project-based support to the Regional Manager, Wagga Wagga. Responsibilities will include calendar management, coordinating workshops and events, taking minutes, preparing reports and other administration requirements as requested.

**In order to be successful in this role you will**:

- Demonstrate a commitment to the safety of children, young people and people with a disability.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
- High proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Well-developed written communication skills.
- Strong relationship building and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated time management, organisation and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills with the ability to self-start.
- Understanding of confidentiality and ability to exercise discretion.
- Professional, positive and decisive attitude and the ability to work within a team or autonomously.
