**Status**: Part time - 3 days per week

**Join our dynamic team in Torquay as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Lead **We're looking for a creative and experienced digital marketer with a passion for social media and a deep understanding of meta ads manager.

**What do we need?**

This role is for a **Social Media and Digital Marketing Lead**. You’ll work closely with our design director to create performance-focused, data driven lead generation campaigns. You’ll have experience with Meta Ads Manager, running campaigns across multiple social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, YouTube, and more. You’ll flex your creative muscle when it comes to campaign strategy and content creation and will be able to react quickly to campaign needs to make sure we’re achieving optimal results. You’ll have past experience working on successful marketing campaigns, generating content and creating, reporting success and assessing and tweaking audience sets for digital campaigns.

**What will your day-to-day look like?**
- Researching, planning, copywriting and launching fresh digital campaigns with new angles
- Briefing our design team or possibly using design tools to get new creative live, fast
- Ongoing optimisation and scaling of digital ad campaigns that are driven by data/past results (Meta Business Suite)
- Brainstorming and testing new creative, offers, audiences and features on Meta Ad Manager to continuously find new tactics that work
- Wireframing and copywriting landing pages, competitions and other assets as needed for your campaigns
- Analysing data and generating monthly customer reports to find issues and opportunities to improve digital ad campaign performance
- Working with our Design Director on cross-channel campaigns and tactics
- Constantly working on self-improvement and research/learning to keep on top of the latest digital + growth marketing tactics and tools
- Whilst your role will initially focus on general social marketing channels, there's no limit to what you'll be able to learn or be involved in as the business evolves and we identify other successful marketing channels

**Must haves**:

- Experience in a creative studio / agency
- Experience managing multiple clients and their expectations at once
- Experience managing digital projects
- Ability to identify future opportunities with existing clients.
- Marketing experience managing content calendars, creating regular content creation and social ad campaigns.
- Experience managing and creating audiences and ad sets in Meta Business Suite that are performance-focused and agile enough to be quickly update based on campaign changes and industry trends

**Nice to haves**:

- Copywriting experience
- Adobe Creative suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with Xero, Slack, Harvest time management, Figma
- Experience with Ad Words
- Minimum 1 day per week in the office
