About Us
CBS Complete Building Solutions is a team of highly skilled, licensed and insured builders based in New South Wales servicing the insurance and strata industry. CBS focuses on our values, clear and concise communication to our customers and clients to ensure their needs are completely met and fulfilled.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our growing business on a full-time basis.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Work collaboratively with Estimator/ Supervisors to coordinate insurance claim repairs and other jobs
- Communicate with homeowners/ tenants, insurance companies/ assessors and trades to schedule and manage repair works
- Manage electronic systems to record data appropriately
- Adhere to CBS Policies and Procedures.
- Have experience with portal-based communication systems or an ability to learn
- Work to a high standard, at times, under pressure
- Adhere to time based KPI's
- General administration duties
About You
To be successful you must possess the following:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced office environment and ability to work to tight time frames
- Ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality and to meet contractual KPI's
- High level communication skills to liaise with other CBS employees and all key stakeholders
- Ability to follow and give verbal and written instructions
- Maintain cooperative working relationships
- Be personally energetic, dynamic, positive, enthusiastic and possess the ability to think laterally and act through reasoned decision making.
- A strong decision maker
