**The role**:
This position reports directly to the Product Development Team Leader and its role is to assist in the investigation and recovery of IoT devices installed in South East Water production network, including but not limited to digital water meters and NBIoT dataloggers.

This will include creating and maintaining Jira cards for all devices reported, and updating them with the findings after desktop triage and field investigations, the creation of reports to be attached to warranty claims and the follow up of these RMA intestigations with the suppliers.

**Who are you?**:

- Previous database and spreadsheet experience
- Basic experience using Jira will be advantageous
- Experience in interacting with customers will be beneficial
- Must have intermediary to advanced IT/Computer skills
- This role will be required to present clear and concise reports for various parts of the business
- Strong data analystics skills
- Data entry, advanced spreadsheets/word processing, graph/trend work
- This role will be required to troubleshoot and problem solve
- This is a level 3 position, with a starting salary of $86,428 - $90,977 plus super
