Our Company:
Founded in 2017 in Sydney, Faethm is an augmented analytics platform that provides scenario-driven predictive analytics on the impact of external trends on the workforce. Our SaaS AI-driven capability is the world’s data source for navigating external impacts like AI/ robotic technologies, the evolution of work, and COVID-19 on the workforce. Our capability helps clients evaluate the impact of these trends on any economy, industry, organisation, or job and suggests viable transition pathways for impacted employees into 'future proof' career pathways. We are at an exciting point in our trajectory where we’ve recently joined forces with Pearson Education.

The Role:
As an Emerging Technology Analyst. at Faethm, you will work in a growing global team in a scale-up environment within a global company. Some weeks you will support the Data Science team developing existing and new intellectual property and knowledge assets, while others you might ‘go deep’ on a single problem for a specific client, sometimes directly with the client counterparts.

You will be contributing directly to equipping our clients with data and research-led insights to enable them to navigate upskilling and reskilling their workforce. An initial project will be developing a taxonomy of RPA technologies.

What you will do:

- Research new technologies and trends in their adoption and disruption of work and industries.
- Manage and analyse data (mostly excel based), create visualisations, and perform both quantitative and qualitative research.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation and effectively communicate technical and complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create, develop, and bring to life new features or products and continue to shape Faethm’s evolution.
- Build strong customer relationships for client engagements and support the preparation and delivery of insights.

To be successful in this role, ideally, you will have:

- 2-3 years of consulting experience or strong graduates with a keen interest to learn and develop.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Flexibility, openness to new things and able to propose innovative ideas.
- Ability to work in a growing and dynamic environment with integrity and a sense of humour.

Join Faethm and you will: Work for an inventive, purpose-driven and civic-minded company with an ambitious but realisable mission and vision that tackles a very real and globally important issue. People are our secret sauce.
