**About Us**

We’re a luxury floral design studio specialising in **premium fresh and silk flower arrangements** for weddings, events, and corporate spaces. Our brand is elegant, modern, and detail-focused — and we’re looking for someone who can bring that same energy to our social media presence.

**The Role**

As our Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for capturing and crafting visual stories that reflect the heart of our brand. You’ll work closely with our team to plan, film, and edit content that highlights our floral designs, behind-the-scenes moments, and event setups.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management**:

- Instagram: 1 post per day (carousel or reel)
- TikTok: 3 posts per day (mix of trends, behind-the-scenes, and educational content)
- **Content Creation**:

- Attend weddings and setups to capture video/photo content (based on our templates)
- Edit and prepare weekly deliverables for review and approval
- **Monthly Content Day**:

- Attend an in-person half-day session once a month to plan and film upcoming content
- **Ad Hoc Tasks**:

- Occasional onsite or special project work (paid hourly at $20/hour, pre-approved)

**What We’re Looking For**
- A creative eye and passion for luxury, detail, and storytelling
- Confident with filming and editing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks)
- Understanding of trending audio, hashtags, and social strategy
- Reliable, self-motivated, and open to feedback
- (Bonus) Interest in floristry, styling, or event design

**Pay & Conditions**
- **$80/week** flat fee for weekly deliverables
- **$20/hour** for in-person content days or additional pre-approved work
- Occasionally, separate flat rates may be agreed upon for larger projects
- Payment is made via **bank transfer within 7 days of invoice**
