**Role Fit**:
The essential requirements for this role are
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced portfolio/ program or project team environment and prioritise/organise work within strictly defined deadlines and to the required quality.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to define portfolio / program / project tasks, set priorities and coordinate activities effectively to meet competing deadlines, with a track record of proven and sustained outcomes.
- Well-developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to a range of different audiences with a strong commitment to customer service, quality and teamwork.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Lead quality checking activities of documentation to be sent to high level executives ensuring adherence to the Queensland Health style guide as required.
- Maintain close working relationships with portfolio team members, executive support staff, managers and other stakeholders.
- Undertake project management activities by developing and maintaining formal documentation, records and registers in accordance with the project management lifecycle.
- Provide high-level support including maintaining databases, templates, dashboards, document management and filing systems for the portfolio.
- Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.

**Qualifications registrations and other requirement's**:

- While not mandatory, relevant professional qualifications (such as PRINCE2) would be well regarded.
- Ability to work across South East Queensland sites.
