Seven Angels Care and Support Services is looking for experienced support workers to deliver supports to NDIS participants across Melbourne such as Craigieburn, Mernda, Cranbourne, Fitzroy, Ascot Vale, Noble park, Knoxfield, Kangaroo Grounds, Fawkner, View Bank, Mt Waverley, Hampton Park, St Albans, Glen Iris and Keilor east

The ability to slow down and hold a decent conversation across a variety of topics and enjoy a laugh is valued as well as applicants with creative flare and the ability to support in house hold task.

Applicants should be prepared to support clients with activities of daily living such as showering, continence assistance, domestic duties, attending appointments and the use of a various lifting aides. Training will be provided.

Regular ongoing shifts available including Mornings, afternoons,and evening. Contract and Casual opportunities are available.

**Skills & Experience**
- Cert IV in Disability or a relevant qualification and a minimum of 6mths experience in the sector
- Students encouraged to apply
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid training
- Manual Handling training (or willing to obtain)
- International Police check (if applicable)
- A positive, reliable, empathetic approach to support people of all ages and backgrounds living with a disability
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate or Immunisation evidence required
- Demonstrated, proven experience working with individuals who may have complex support needs in different environments
- Proven can do, positive and willing attitude
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Friendly disposition and engaging manner - a sense of humour
- Initiative and self-motivation
- Must be a competent and knowledgeable cook
- Flexibility around availability is essential in this role, with the ability to work variety of shifts
