**About the Role**:
As a **Support Worker**, you will:

- Provide tailored support to aged care individuals and/or individuals with disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, community participation, and enhancing quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and stakeholders.
- Follow organisational policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Demonstrate empathy, resilience, and commitment in your support approach.
- Commit to **regular and flexible shifts**, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and resilience skills.
- Ability to support individuals with **complex needs and behaviours**highly desired.
- Understanding of **positive behaviour support strategies** highly desired.
- Professional boundaries and a commitment to quality care.
- Ability to complete documentation and reporting as required.

**Essential Requirements**:

- A great attitude and a willingness to learn
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Current Working With Children’s Check
- Valid Driver’s Licence & Access to a reliable vehicle
- A police check issued within the past 12 months
- A minimum of 2 covid vaccinations
- Flu vaccination
