What we’re doing
This role will be part of the Security Platforms Architecture & Cloud Engineering (SPACE) tribe. SPACE provide platform capabilities to help the rest of REA achieve their delivery outcomes. Its mission is to reduce friction for delivery teams, resulting in a healthy, sustainable software ecosystem. Connecting with a variety of teams and stakeholders across REA, you’ll play key role in creating fast and seamless authentication experiences the help how consumers and customers access REA platforms.

- Explore new ideas and creative solutions that surprise and delight our users and create a positive brand perception, maintaining our market-leading position-
- Understand business opportunities, user journeys, user needs, competitive landscape, and technical constraints to deliver products to market that drive user satisfaction and business growth-

- Deliver world-class products and features for our users, leveraging sketching, prototyping, user interface design, motion and interaction design methods.-
- Validate design solutions using qualitative and quantitative research techniques.-
- Work with others to plan, prioritise and undertake 'just enough design' using a lean mindset to achieve goals and deliver on objectives-
- Deliver commercially feasible user-centric design solutions that meet team goals and business objectives.-
- Present work and participate in providing feedback in regular design critiques to ensure consistency and quality outcomes.What we’re looking for- Someone with a few runs on the board, 3+ years of experience designing products using industry standard design tools and best practice processes-
- Someone highly analytical with experience using analytics platforms-
- Someone with experimentation experience and a problem-solving mindset-
- Someone who looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens-
