As the sole UX Designer dedicated to our Liquor Website, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customers' online shopping experience. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your skills and make a significant impact on our digital presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our Liquor Website.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process, ensuring a user-centered approach.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your vision and align with business objectives.
- Create and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
- Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.
- Utilize analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.

**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably within a commerce-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, thriving on new challenges.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and project requirements.
- Proficient in both UX and UI design, with a 50/50 split in your skillset.
- Strong understanding of and experience in following established design systems.
- Experience with analytics and a metrics-driven approach to design.
- Familiarity with responsive web design principles and mobile-first design.
- Bonus: Experience in accessibility (a11y) and ensuring web accessibility compliance.
