**Job description**
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Construction Manager to join this successful team and work on great Luxury projects. You will be leading the construction team working closely with the Director. Your duties are varied and include but are not limited to:

- Lead the construction team
- Coordinate and program all subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveries
- Build strong relationships with site teams and internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the construction schedule and timeline, and ensure all client needs are met
- Ensure compliance with OH&S standards onsite at all times

**Your Profile**
To be successful you will need at least 5 years experience as a Foreman or Site Manager working on Luxury home projects.
