**The Opportunity**

Our business is growing, and we now have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team based in Chipping Norton.

Reporting to the General Manager - Marketing & Ecommerce, you will be responsible for the strategic management of advertising and communications activity promoting our domestic product range within the residential market. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Develop and execute advertising campaigns and communications that articulate the value of the Daikin brand and residential products

Manage corporate partnerships and sponsor relationships to the benefit of the Daikin brand.

Manage research projects as required, including measuring brand health, customer and end user behaviour and satisfaction.

Management of budgets within your remit

**The Person**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Marketing.

At least 5 years’ experience in a marketing or brand management role

At least 3 years’ experience in managing people (direct reports)

HVAC industry knowledge could be an advantage.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Highly developed project management skills with an attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting priorities

Demonstrated skills in developing effective working relationships with employees and stakeholders.
