About the Role
As a Learning and Capability Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in uplifting the skills of our technical teams, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and resources to succeed in an ever-evolving tech landscape. You will be responsible for creating and implementing end-to-end learning strategies, delivering tailored training solutions, and fostering a learning culture that supports both individual growth and business objectives.

What could your day look like?
Work with the Workforce Optimisation Manager to operationalise and deliver the capability and development approach for ANZ Plus
Design, implement, and deliver innovative learning programs tailored to the needs of technical teams
Facilitate hands-on, engaging learning experiences that drive skill development and support the continuous upskilling of our tech talent
Work closely with tech leaders and stakeholders to identify skill gaps, define learning objectives, and create training solutions that align with business goals
Develop and manage training content, including online modules, workshops, and in-person sessions, ensuring accessibility and relevance to different learning styles
Act as a “learning consultant” to the tech teams, offering guidance, resources, and support to enhance their performance and development
Foster a culture of learning across the organization, encouraging knowledge-sharing, peer learning, and collaboration within and between technical groups
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
What's in your toolkit?
Proven experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on the tech industry or technical teams
An understanding of tech concepts, terminology, and the specific learning needs of technical professionals
Ability to develop and deliver both technical and soft skills training programs, from foundational to advanced levels
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and effectively engage technical teams
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously
A passion for continuous learning and personal development, with a proactive approach to staying updated on the latest trends in tech and learning methodologies
Support the cultivation of a learning culture at ANZx, acting as an advocate for self-directed development and curiosity
Work with the central ANZ Learning team, to leverage existing resources and connect learners into relevant learning opportunities.
