**About Us**:
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver and implement a major new initiative for victims of crime. The Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) is a landmark reform that will replace the judicially based Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal with an administrative scheme that prioritises the needs of victims and supports their recovery from violent crime.

**About the Role**:
This role forms part of the Justice Learning and Development team however will work closely with the FAS Reform team Business Implementation Team - a multidisciplinary project team responsible for the establishment and implementation of the new FAS workforce

Some of your duties may include:

- Scoping, designing, delivering and evaluating a learning program for the new FAS workforce, including onboarding, to ensure the FAS workforce is skilled and capable.
- Working collaboratively with the FAS reform project team to identify training needs, define training approaches, and develop training material.
- Using innovative learning design methods to build engaging learning activities and compelling course content.

**About You**:
This role is best suited to an individual who is experienced in creating and delivering learning programs for new businesses.
- Experience creating a learning and onboarding program for a new business
- Excellent knowledge of training and assessment processes, including the conduct of training needs analyses, workplace learning methodologies, learning theories, and instructional design models.
- Proven working experience in instructional design and instructional technology
