Personal organisation, are your strengths

Excellent administrative skills, accurate data entry and high attention to detail

Able to work with a geographical diverse team

Intermediate computer skills, including MS Excel

DES contract knowledge and a strong understanding of the DES outcome guidelines

**The role**:
Ensure all placed Jobseekers are supported, contacted and identify clients who may be at risk

Ensuring claims are made in accordance with contract requirements

Identify areas where alternative or additional training is required and facilitate this support where appropriateOversee a caseload of clients, tracking through to their 52 weeks outcome
