About the role

As part of the Showroom team in Lonsdale, you'll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

FT: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm + every second Saturday 8am - 12pm

Your day to day

A typical day will involve:

  • Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
  • Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
  • Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
  • Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
  • Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We'd love to hear from you if you're someone who:

  • Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
  • Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
  • Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
  • Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
  • Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
