We are seeking a compassionate **Customer Service Officer** to join our team at** **Karingal Green Health & Aged Care Community **in **High-Wycombe**, on a **full-time** basis.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative support across Karingal Green, all the while providing our residents and their families with respectful and efficient customer service.
Your well-honed communication and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when working in an inter-disciplinary team, as well as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of aged care residents.
In addition, you will display or hold:

- Cert II/III in Business (or similar) or professional experience
- National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening (or be willing to obtain)
- evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations (or be willing to obtain); and
- full working rights in Australia.
