The Opportunity
At QBE, we step up when our customers need us most. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Customer Service professionals to join our Workers Compensation team as a Claims Officer, to support with a 6-month project where your skills and enthusiasm will truly shine
Your New Role- Build strong, reliable relationships with customers and key stakeholders to keep the claims process moving.- Responding to inquiries in a professional, timely, and accurate manner, all while adhering to privacy guidelines.- Ensure adherence to timeframes and compliance with legislation and company policy.-
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes.
About You- You’re someone who genuinely cares about the work you do and delivers a customer-focused service with strength, resolve and a solution-oriented approach.- Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders- Attention to detail and the ability to handle a high volume of claims.- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.- A result driven, team focused approach to your work
