**The Role**

- Directly support the Director of Food & Beverage and collaborate with the management team.
- Ensure consistent high-level customer service aligned with brand standards.
- Demonstrate confident knowledge in wines, spirits, and cocktails, contributing to the development of the beverage offering.
- Manage operations within budgetary requirements.
- Participate in weekly management meetings, sharing insights, issues, and observations, and actively contribute to agenda points.
