With a shop design celebrating the owners’ background, this venue is unlike anything you have seen before; the open-plans all throughout invite the customers to be an active part of the shopping and dining experience. Having created an intimate setting with limited seats (always booked out), customers can enjoy luxurious menu items for lunch and dinner, showcasing the shop’s specialty ingredients that complement the beverages in highlight. Turning over 2 services each, the restaurant trades daily for lunch and 3 nights a week for dinner, therefore popular for quick business catch-ups or long romantic dates alike.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

With a keen interest in wines, the Front of House Manager will focus on the customer’s journey within the restaurant. From hosting to serving, this hands-on position oversees a small team of casual hospitality staff, supported by an Assistant Manager. Responsible for team building and development, relevant open/close procedures and cost control, the Front of House Manager will report to the Operations Manager who oversees other facets of the business. **ABOUT YOU**

You will relate to the brand through
- Your proven experiences in bar and front of house management (min. 3 years) in venues with an active focus on wine, produces and/or service
- Your passion for customer service and to provide high-end, luxe-worthy experiences
- Your leadership style and ability to create a genuinely motivating and empowering culture
- Your strong attention to detail

As part of compliances, you will need to have full working rights in Australia, a valid Victorian RSA. Wine qualifications are a definite plus.
