Key Responsibilities:
1. Loan Processing and Documentation
- Collect, verify, and submit all necessary documentation to lenders.

2. Client and Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, brokers, lenders, solicitors, and real estate agents throughout the loan process.
- Provide regular status updates and manage expectations around timelines and requirements.

3. Compliance and Risk Management
- Identify and escalate any risks or potential fraud indicators to compliance or management.

4. Team Support and Training
- Mentor and guide junior processing officers and administrative staff.
- Provide training and share knowledge on lender policies, systems, and industry changes.
- Assist in onboarding new processing staff and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

5. Liaison and Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with aggregator BDMs, lender credit assessors, and support teams.
- Follow up on escalations and act as a point of contact for complex scenarios.

6. Workflow and Pipeline Management
- Use CRM and loan processing platforms (e.g., Mercury, ApplyOnline, Podium, Salesforce) to manage workflows efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all milestones are tracked and documented.

7. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
- Conduct quality checks on files to reduce rework and settlement delays.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest improvements to enhance turnaround times and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $48,574.15 - $93,076.09 per year
