We need an experienced, efficient data entry person for the next three months (September to November) to help us manage our busiest season of the year.

The role involves working with our erp/i.t. system - Odoo - entering and processing orders and invoices, booking freight and liaising with our warehouse supervisor.

To fulfil this role, you will have at least three years data entry / bookkeeping experience using an erp/i.t. system such as MYOB, Xero, Netsuite, Pronto, Sage, etc. Obviously great attention-to-detail and speed are critical requirements.

We will provide thorough training before the busiest period begins.

The data entry position is expected to require approx 5hrs per day, Monday to Friday, however your hours can vary between 5 and 7.6hrs per day, depending on any other warehouse tasks you may like to do, in additional to the data entry role.

We are a leading boutique stationery and gift wholesaler to over 1,000 retail stores across Australia & New Zealand. We are small, friendly team and a great place to work.

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
