**Your Impact**

You are a talented Developer who will deliver end to end Foxtel Group marketing implementation projects covering all aspects of development, estimating, technical design, implementation, testing and support. The role will play a key part in ensuring the delivery of highly targeted campaigns for the Foxtel Group.

You will work closely with the Foxtel Group Marketing & Engagement teams to ensure campaigns are built according to briefs and exceed client expectations in return.

You will be responsible for managing the database, profiling customers, customer segmentation, platform stability and accountable for targeting through segments, managing targeting models and managing various data loads.

**Your responsibilities**
- Lead complex Adobe Campaign projects across Foxtel Group operations, system integration and digital transformation programs through to completion across the full breadth of the tool managing multiple stakeholders, delivery partners and development teams
- Identify challenges within all Foxtel Group Adobe Campaign implementations pitching ideas for innovation, change and improvement
- Translate Foxtel Group stakeholder challenges and business requirements into solution design across marketing operations and digital transformation from an operational, data and delivery management perspective
- Plan and estimate your deliverables on the Adobe Campaign delivery backlog, focusing on project milestones and BAU improvements
- Manage various Foxtel Group stakeholder escalations, to ensure proper communication, urgency, prioritization, and ownership throughout the experience
- Conduct enablement sessions to grow business teams with respect to technical proficiency
- Ensure effective communication between team members to ensure coverage and avoid duplication of tasks
- Maintain data standards and processes to ensure complete and accurate data, as it relates to customer relationship management integration for the Foxtel Group.
- Extract data from multiple data sources, transform data structures to target schemas, and load and update data lists and data tables.
- Campaign development, including activities for segmentation, campaign targeting and workflow in Adobe Campaign using Adobe Campaign Standard, A/B testing, drip campaigns, campaign implementation, reporting, and analytics.
- Design, build and automate complex Adobe Campaign workflows including contextual and personalised messaging and program logic to support key marketing strategies
- Continuous improvements in performance, extensibility, reliability, and usability.
- Work with Foxtel Group Marketing stakeholders on implementing effective solutions to business problems using Adobe Campaign
- Review and check workflows built by internal team members for accuracy
- Configure new and recurring automated programs, as well as implement segmentation, dynamic content and personalization into eDM, SMS, Push notification, in-App campaigns.
- Create effective performance and delivery monitoring for Adobe Campaign
- Develop, test, and optimize multi-channel customer journeys, layering in dynamic or trigger-based logic
- Work with the team to create and maintain effective governance controls across the whole Adobe platform within Foxtel Group

**Your experience and capability**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business and Technology with strong technical, business acumen and project management skills
- 1-2 years of programming experience in a corporate environment
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Understanding of the end-to-end digital marketing landscape
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and libraries
- Excellent in Excel, and a knowledge HTML and SQL
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management and communications skills
- Understanding of APIs / Java knowledge preferred
- Experience using and administering the Adobe Campaign Standard platform preferred
