**About the role**
- Relationship building with landlords
- Effectively managing Landlord and Tenant communication
- Manage all components of the leasing process
- Conduct in-going, out-going and routine inspections
- Arrears management
- Manage all lease renewal negotiations
- Facilitate repairs and maintenance
- Contribution to growth of the property management portfolio (Business development)

**Skills and experience**
- Ideally we’re looking for a Senior Property Manager with a minimum of 3-5 year’s experience
- Current property management license
- Drivers licence
- Business development / networking
- Solid background in negotiation and conflict resolution
