**As the Marketing Manager - Skincare Division, you will**:

- Lead annual brand plans, including strategic goals and tactics by key category and associated financials
- Develop and maintain a cohesive global marketing roadmap
- Drive concept to execution of new and existing launches and go-to-market communications
- Lead the development of all branded content (POS, Advertising, VM, Social, CRM, web)
- Manage Trade Marketing activities and implementation & analysis (ROI)
- Manage consumer insights to identify core target consumers and overall engagement
- Collaborate with eCommerce Manager on paid media to drive brand awareness and conversion
- Develop digital marketing strategies; campaigns, promotions and initiatives to drive sales revenue
- Oversee community management
- Work closely with supply chain on monthly forecasts ensuring promotional activity is considered

**About you**
- Degree in Marketing, or related discipline
- A strong passion for Skincare and a high degree of knowledge about the market
- Minimum 3 years' marketing/brand management experience
- Experience managing external agencies and partners
- Experience and demonstrated ability to lead marketing strategy, planning and forecasting
- Proven analytical skills
