**How will I help?**

Sitting within Group Procurement & Corporate Services, the Procurement Manager is responsible for managing suppliers to ensure the successful commercial and contractual delivery of products and services to the business and internal stakeholders. In your role, you will support the Head of Procurement and the Professional Services & BPO team to deliver on Group Procurement objectives.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Negotiate and manage contracts in accordance with Westpac’s principles and processes.
- Execute a sourcing strategy, standards, methods, and processes to ensure compliance with legislation and regulation.
- Actively support and engage with internal stakeholders and external experts to ensure continuous improvements of commercial outcomes identified through review and benchmarking processes.

**What do I need?**
- A background in professional services and BPO procurement including negotiating and managing contracts, senior stakeholders, and supplier relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing sourcing strategy.
- A high level of stakeholder engagement, flexibility, and people management.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to further develop your procurement skills.
- A tertiary qualification in IT, business management, finance or legal studies is desired but not essential.
