D365 FO Functional Specialist

We are based in Western Australia however open to people remotely working in Australia. This is a full time permanent role.

**What will you be doing?**
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document business processes
- Gathering and translating functional requirements into system specifications
- Designing and configuring Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules
- Defining functional specifications, workflows, and user interfaces
- Conducting system testing to validate functionality and performance
- Staying updated on Dynamics 365 features
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for system optimisation and automation
- Proactively engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and maintain strong relationships

**What are we looking for?**
- Significant experience performing a Business Analyst role in an ERP environment, ideally with intimate knowledge of RAC operations
- Extensive experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Strong understanding of financial and operational processes, including general ledger, budgeting, procurement, inventory management, and reporting
- Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in conducting system testing, including test plan development and defect resolution.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance related to financial and operational systems
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies within the Dynamics 365 environment
