We are based in Western Australia however open to people remotely working in Australia. This is a full time permanent role.
- What will you be doing?- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document business processes-
- Gathering and translating functional requirements into system specifications-
- Designing and configuring Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules-
- Defining functional specifications, workflows, and user interfaces-
- Conducting system testing to validate functionality and performance-
- Staying updated on Dynamics 365 features-
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for system optimisation and automation-
- Proactively engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and maintain strong relationships- What are we looking for?- Significant experience performing a Business Analyst role in an ERP environment, ideally with intimate knowledge of RAC operations-
- Extensive experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations-
- Strong understanding of financial and operational processes, including general ledger, budgeting, procurement, inventory management, and reporting-
- Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications-
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities-
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels-
- Experience in conducting system testing, including test plan development and defect resolution.-
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines-
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance related to financial and operational systems-
