About the Team
The User Operations team at TikTok Australia plays a pivotal role as the think-tank department responsible for upholding content quality on our platform and nurturing relationships with various creators and the TikTok community. Working in close collaboration with the Programs team as well as the central Creators team, this role is reponsible for leading direct management of established creators, as well as public figures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creator Relationship Management: Manage relationship with creators across different levels, including direct engagement with top creators and public figures. Deepen relationships and startegically improve account performance, product adoption, and engagement to deliver against product and content goals.
- Creator Engagement with Programs: Drive creator engagement in Central, Regional, and Local programs, ensuring creators are well-informed and actively participating.
- Metrics and Product Adoption: Monitor and drive key partner management metrics and encourage product adoption among creators.
- Feedback and Opportunity Identification: Gather feedback from local creators, identifying opportunities and providing insights to enhance program effectiveness.
- Targeted Onboarding: Drive onboarding of key Public Figures and Top Creators not currently on platform with strong incentives and strategies
- Local Market Expertise: Serve as a local expert in understanding the nuances of working with creators in the market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams to align strategies and achieve departmental goals. Support strategic partnerships and business opportunities with global Top Creators and Public Figures

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creator management, partner relations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the digital content landscape and creator ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the local market and cultural nuances.
