**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Reporting to the Maintenance Planning Supervisor you are responsible for the following and more:
- Establish, maintain and analyse project cost and schedule baselines for all related maintenance activities in support of the MH-60R TLS Contract.
- Prepare reports and analyse performance data in order to ensure that projects are within negotiated and agreed-upon threshold parameters and control guidelines.
- Establish and manage reporting artefacts used by Management to monitor and control Program performance.
- Execution of Project Status Reporting and End of Month Production Analysis and Trending.
- Undertake scheduling of workorders based on capacity levels, available skills and authorisations and material availability and priority levels
- Prepare and maintain baseline estimates for recurrent component repairs based on previous actuals.
- Assist the Maintenance Project Manager/ Planning Supervisor in the preparation of cost estimates for new opportunities.
**About you**:
- Demonstrated experience in a planning/scheduling role or similar related environment with previous experience in maintenance/manufacturing highly regarded.
- An understanding of how maintenance planning influence cost, schedule, efficient use of resources and overall program performance
- Sound analytical skills and broad-based computer literacy Including MS office / Excel with an ability to prepare, analyse, and interpret reports, forecast workload/capacity and management of information.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to prepare and present concise oral and written reports, briefings, updates and other documentation to stakeholders.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, including ability to provide solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels.
- Attention to detail and the ability to see patterns and trends
- Proven ability to adapt and maintain a flexible approach to changing needs or priorities.
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision as well as contribute to a dynamic and diverse team environment.
