- We are experiencing an exciting time of growth as we seek a Maintenance Planner to join our team. This position plays a crucial role to ensure the efficiency of our Workshop and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) operations. You will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and analysing project cost and schedule baselines for all related maintenance activities in support of the MH-60R Contract.
- Key objective and deliverables of the Maintenance Planner will include:
- Maintain quality configuration, auditing and planning of Sikorsky Maintenance documents and data.
- Establish initial Measurement and Analysis baselines for individual project reporting.
- Assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis
- Work with Maintenance Production Supervisor to provide relevant reports on all maintenance activities for presentation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders to identify and report opportunities and efficiencies to reduce costs.
- Provide analysis and identify production issues, trends and risks to assist the maintenance team in meeting productivity and delivery milestones.
- Develop and maintain the Maintenance Support Measurement and Analysis plan.
- Undertake quality control related to maintenance operations; develop corrective measures to deal with customer feedback, audit findings and other quality measures.
- Participate in risk assessments to identify any potential risks to maintenance performance budget and schedule

- As the ideal applicant, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in an aviation/maintenance or similar related environment.
- An understanding of how maintenance planning influence cost, schedule, efficient use of resources and overall program performance
- Sound analytical skills and broad-based computer literacy with an ability to prepare, analyse, and interpret reports, forecast workload/capacity and management of information.
- Strong communication and influencing skills including the ability to prepare and present concise oral and written reports, briefings, updates and other documentation to stakeholders.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, including ability to provide solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels.
- Attention to detail and the ability to see patterns, trends, or missing pieces.
- Proven ability to adapt and maintain a flexible approach to changing needs or priorities.
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision as well as contribute to a dynamic and diverse team environment.
