It Takes a Village Community Services is looking for an energetic, reliable Service Leader to join our team.

We are a small family operated business who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with a disability.

You will work from a beautiful rustic cabin based in a natural environment, designed to offer tranquility and peace to our current NDIS participants.

You will be responsible for managing a Supported Independent Living service including a team of professional carers. You will be responsible for supporting the care team to deliver a best practice service that will ensure the participant will live their best life possible.

You will have:

- previous experience in leadership within disability or aged care
- a strong understanding of the NDIS
- minimum Cert 3 in Disability or Personal Care
- Right to Work in Australia
- relevant DHS Clearances
- up to date immunisation status
- Drivers License
- Relevant qualifications around leadership or management seen as desirable
- Nursing or mental health background seen as desirable

The employment will be on a permanent part time basis and under the SCHADS award level 5.
