We are currently looking for empathetic, caring, Turkish speaking staff to join our diverse team to assist our NDIS clients with social reconnection.

About the role
- This role of the support worker is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes
- Flexible, responsive, client focused support with the aim of assisting clients to successfully improve physical and mental health and achieve their goals.
- Support Workers be prepared to work shift work - Monday to Sunday shifts available.
- Will assist participants in their needs of daily living with a focus on social support,

Essential requirements
- Must speak Turkish
- Experience supporting people with a disability desired but not essential
- Vaccinated against COVID19
- A current First Aid Certificate and CPR (essential)
- An NDIS Workers Screening Check (essential)

This role is a casual on-going basis. We offer an attractive hourly rate.

Pay: $33.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
