Allianz's Consumer Insurance division is looking a
**Digital Content Specialist** to join its growing Digital team. You will play an integral role in improving the digital customer experience of all Allianz Australia sales and service platforms, driven by a deep understanding of web content writing, executing Allianz's Digital First strategy by supporting the strategic vision for the transition of offline sales and service to an online environment..

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Improving the digital customer experience of all Allianz Australia sales and service platforms, driven by a deep understanding of web content writing, executing Allianz’s Digital First strategy and supporting the strategic vision for the transition of offline sales and service to an online environment.
- Write well structured, styled content appropriate for online publishing, ensuring that it is technically correct, user-focused and conforms to relevant policies, guidelines and standards.
- Review and edit digital content, ensuring information conveyed is accurate, compliant and is fit-for-purpose and appropriate for the channel.
- Work with stakeholders to reduce technical jargon and ensure copy is written in plain English.
- Provide professional advice about digital content, usability, accessibility and SEO copywriting.
- Review and refresh content on Allianz Australia's webpages and campaign landing pages.
- Create and maintain policies, guidelines, training and governance materials to ensure the integrity of digital channels.
- Research and stay abreast of digital industry trends and inform the business of their applicability to channels.
- Act as a custodian of the Allianz brand, ensuring alignment and consistency in tone of voice and writing style.

**Important to your success**:

- Excellence in written and verbal communication with an eye for detail and proofreading skills
- A sound understanding of content management systems, such as AEM
- Knowledge in working with workflow management tools Jira and Confluence
- Stakeholder managements skills - an ability to understand requirements including managing competing demands/requests and advocating for customer experience
- Well-developed collaboration skills using the Agile methodology and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders internally and in the wider community and industry sector to gain content and tone.
- Working closely with our UX Specialists, Producers and other key internal stakeholders in development and creation of website content, with best practice understanding of UX, SEO and WCAG 2.1.
- Independently manage the end-to-end process of each task, from writing copy and coordinating implementation.
- Experience in working as part of a website migration project is beneficial
- Intermediate knowledge of Google & Adobe Analytics is a plus
