Digital Content / Learning Specialist

**Digital Content / Learning Specialist-** Sydney based only
- Exceptional Writing skills
- Experience working with highly technical** Engineering teams**:

- Ability to create digital learning materials
- Experience using **Articulate360**

Reporting to the Product Owner of Technology Skilling Academy of Career Excellence. This role is responsible for creating and writing digital learning resources to support the development of technical skills and knowledge for our Engineering and Service Management job families.

**On any given week you will**
- Develops various digital learning materials from technical documentation and knowledge sources. This may include:

- Self-paced tutorials
- E-learning modules using the Articulate Suite of products
- Work on self-paced labs
- Simulations
- Infographics
- Create video tutorials
- Conducts user testing of digital learning materials
- Maintains currency and accuracy of digital learning materials
- Collects user data, where practical to assess adoption and relevancy of digital learning materials.

- Develop leaning solutions across the team
- Strong decision making and the ability to present these learnings to senior stakeholders
- Design thinking and strong communication skills
- Experience using Articulate 360 and Sharepoint are a must
