**Program Administration Officer**

**Temporary Full-Time position**

**Base salary range of $91,272 - $98,291 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading**

**About the role**

The Program Administration Officer is responsible for performing a range of program, project and contract related support activities including stakeholder liaison, project and contracts administration, information and data management, reporting and documentation, contributing to the effective governance, management and delivery of any project, program or strategic initiative within Commercial Transactions.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the role.
- Demonstrated ability in providing coordination of contract management, project and program support activities.
- Experience coordinating practical activities to support process transition and change including stakeholder liaison and staff engagement.
- Experience producing a range of documents, procedures, processes, and resources to implement contract, project and programs administration.
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description
