**About the role**

We are looking for an **Inventory Controller **who will provide inventory and materials management services and solutions to allow uninterrupted supply of required goods to MinRes companies. In addition to standard Inventory Control functions of maintaining optimal levels and item availability, the role is responsibility for ongoing support to the rest of the Inventory team, and support of the Materials Management leadership team in process improvement and reporting. You’ll be part of MinRes’ Inventory team which will further establish its capability and provide service to reduce risk of inaccuracy in materials management improve system visibility of inventory and improve the company’s working capital. You will collaborate with other teams around the company such as warehousing and logistics, strategic procurement, analytics and operational teams. The role reports directly to the Inventory Superintendent in Supply.

**What you’ll bring to the team**

You will need to demonstrate the following:

- Analysis and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to visit WA operational sites as required
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- An advanced knowledge of all facets of Materials Management, Warehousing and Logistics processes and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Advanced knowledge of Inventory Optimisation tools
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Teams, or other collaboration tools
- Awareness of basic business improvement tools and processes
- Experience in Vendor/Contractor Management
- Experience in Transport & remote location logistics
- Tertiary qualified in an associated field or equivalent industry experience
