**The Role**

This role of the
**Loyalty Exchange Consultant** is the glue between our service, sales, finance, and reception teams. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with current Airport Toyota guests through appropriate follow up calls and appointments. Providing them all the information to make decisions about their future motoring needs while building all important relationships to ensure we see them again and again.

**You**
- Computer literacy with strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to ever changing situations as they arise
- Self-motivation with a desire to meet and exceed KPI's
- Customer service experience preferable
- Fulltime availability, Monday to Friday
