**About the Role**

Providing support during pregnancy and post-delivery to women who are unable to access antenatal care services or require additional support this position aims to improve access and attendance at antenatal and post-natal services through outreach, referral and supported linkage to access a range of support services.

**Applicants Must Have**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Midwifery, Maternal Child Health Nursing or social work;
- Current registration with relevant professional associations;
- Demonstrated experience in group/individual family & child inclusive casework;
- Demonstrated experience in providing services through an outreach model.
