**Your New Role**

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our elderly customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities. We are looking for **Personal Care Workers** living in and around the **Melton**, and **Bacchus Marsh **area.

**What does your new role look like?**

Performing personal care tasks in line with the clients care plan including but not limited to:

- Assisted daily living duties such as showering, toileting and grooming
- Medication and mobility assistance
- Personal care support in line with clients care plan
- Social support, transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
- Domestic assistance duties such as cleaning, laundry, feeding and meal preparation

**Does this sound like you?**
- Completed at minimum a Certificate III in Individual Support/Disability/Community Services or completed 1 year of a Nursing Degree and/or
- 1 year + experience in a similar role
- Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday (daytime hours only)
- A current **Australian** Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable, well presented, comprehensively insured vehicle
- All Australian Unity employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID 19

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.60 - $31.38 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
